Before you write — quick answers

My scheduled post didn't publish

Open the post in Tredsy: the status badge tells you what happened.

I can't connect my Threads account

Make sure you're logging in to the same Threads account you want to publish from. If the OAuth window closes without completing, your Threads account may not have API access enabled yet — Meta is rolling this out gradually. Try again in a few days, or tell us your Threads username and we'll check.

How do I delete my account?

In-app: Settings → Delete account. Full instructions and what gets removed are on the data deletion page.

How much does Tredsy cost?

Tredsy is free to start. Tredsy Pro (monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial) adds a longer queue, more AI generations, full analytics, reply boost, posting from Telegram and AI assistant connections. Prices are shown in the app.

How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?

Add Tredsy to your assistant as a connector with the address https://api.tredsy.com/mcp and sign in with Threads. For Claude Code or Codex, use Settings → AI assistant → For developers in the app. Step-by-step guide: tredsy.com/mcp.

How do I disconnect an AI assistant?

In the app: Settings → AI assistant → Disconnect under the assistant. Its access stops immediately.

Can I export my drafts and scheduled posts?

Yes. Email us from the address tied to your Threads account with the subject "Export my Tredsy data" — we'll send a JSON dump of your posts and media URLs within 30 days (usually within a week).

I found a bug / have a feature idea

Write to [email protected] or @turopstar on Telegram with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording. We log every report and reply when the fix ships.

Service status

If Tredsy itself seems down (login fails for everyone, the calendar won't load), check api.tredsy.com/api/health. A green {"status":"ok"} response means the backend is up — the problem is likely on the Threads side. If it's red or unreachable, we are already on it; sit tight or write to us for an ETA.
