Support
Need help with your Tredsy account, a scheduled post that didn't go live, or connecting your Threads account? Write to us — a real person reads every message.
Response time: within 2 business days, usually faster. Replies are sent from the same address.
Before you write — quick answers
My scheduled post didn't publish
Open the post in Tredsy: the status badge tells you what happened.
- Failed — Threads rejected the post (usually expired access token or a content rule). Reconnect your Threads account in Settings → Threads account and tap Retry on the post.
- Publishing for more than a few minutes — Threads is rate-limiting us. The next worker run will retry automatically; no action needed.
- Still says Scheduled after the planned time — write to us with the post's planned time and Threads username so we can look at the logs.
I can't connect my Threads account
Make sure you're logging in to the same Threads account you want to publish from. If the OAuth window closes without completing, your Threads account may not have API access enabled yet — Meta is rolling this out gradually. Try again in a few days, or tell us your Threads username and we'll check.
How do I delete my account?
In-app: Settings → Delete account. Full instructions and what gets removed are on the data deletion page.
How much does Tredsy cost?
Tredsy is currently free while in active development. If a paid plan launches in the future, anyone who signed up before it will keep using the current feature set free of charge.
Can I export my drafts and scheduled posts?
Yes. Email us from the address tied to your Threads account with the subject "Export my Tredsy data" — we'll send a JSON dump of your posts and media URLs within 30 days (usually within a week).
I found a bug / have a feature idea
Write to [email protected] with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording. We log every report and reply when the fix ships.
Service status
If Tredsy itself seems down (login fails for everyone, the
calendar won't load), check
api.tredsy.com/api/health.
A green {"status":"ok"} response means the backend is
up — the problem is likely on the Threads side. If it's red or
unreachable, we are already on it; sit tight or write to us for
an ETA.
